Nathan's Fast Food: Discover Leicester's Best Gyros

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s simple the best place in Leicester. The staff know exactly how to prepare the food to a good standard. The place is absolutely spotless and they definitely deserve their 5 star food hygiene rating. ( checked before we ate there)

20/01/24: Went for our 2nd visit and yet again...another delicious gyros...soooo yummy... 1st visit: Great place for a bite to eat. Nice cosy seating areas with a large TV. The gyros was lovely and a good large portion size compared to other places...could eat another one ..but knew I shouldn't . Hospitality was great from the moment we walked in. Highly recommended...

If you are looking for a great gyros to eat in Leicester then you have to come here! We were planning to eat here as it was around the corner from where we had just been to collect a book. I think we might have gone in anyway because it looked so amazingly clean from the outside. Especially when we noticed the lunchtime specials board out the front advertising any gyros and a drink for £7. There were chairs and tables in the Greek colours of blue and white outside but we decided to eat inside as it was a cold day. The inside of the restaurant was just as clean as the outside. It definitely looked it deserved the food hygiene rating of 5 that it had been given. We were greeted by a very smiley lady as soon as we walked in. There was an impressive range of gyros available to order. The price was amazing. The chargrilled taste of the lamb souvlaki meat was worth waiting an extra 10-15 minutes for. The salad was so fresh and crunchy, as were the chips inside the gyros. The bread wrapped around the outside was so fluffy in the centre. Everything about the gyros was awesome! I had to order a big slice of baklava as well for £3. I just had to! There was a steady stream of what appeared to be regular customers coming in and ordering lunch so that shows how popular this place is. The atmosphere was very nice inside. We liked the mural on the wall and there was a big screen tv showing the news. Everywhere we could see seemed very clean, even the toilet! I'm glad we tried this place. We enjoyed eating here. We can't wait to come back to get our loyalty card stamped next time we are in Leicester.

Had a very pleasant dinner at Mr Gyros. Ordered the chicken gyro and the falafel gyro and both were delicious. Bread and salad were fresh and the tatziki was to die for! Service was phenomenal - thank you Kevin and David. We will be back.

The food was super delicious full of flavour. We had chicken gyros, the food tasted amazing. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The place was spot on everything was super clean, and the baklava was super tasty. The owner was a really lovely man! Will be coming back for some more delicious food!

There is a large selection of dishes and special off menu dishes available. Very delicious and big portions. The restaurant is very Greek with music playing and lovely blue and white colours inside. Plenty of drinks to choose from from soft drinks to wine. Highly recommend this place and will definately come back. And they have a loyalty card.

Wow, what can I say? This place is a little gem. The food was amazing. Drinks are lovely staff, so welcoming and friendly definitely would go here again

I have been on 2 occasions now and the food is always amazing Got the mix gyros pita both times and both times on point Very fast service and very homely feel Freddo Cappuccino is personalised to your likings (sugar, strength, etc.) and tastes just like the ones you get in Greece ???????? They have a very generous loyalty card where every meal gets a stamp! Second time going you get 10% off and after 8 visits you get a free gyros!
